The MASTERCLASS pro is designed as a multi-day specialization course in GraniTech, with a total duration of 18 hours (6 hours per day over 3 days). It provides participants with certified knowledge and hands-on experience for a comprehensive understanding and application of the GraniTech material, aiming to elevate professional skills in its application areas.
The program is based on the teaching model Kolbthat combines experiential and reflective learning, allowing professional craftsmen to fully absorb the knowledge and skills needed for complex and demanding applications of GraniTech. Throughout the program, participants also receive professional tools and samples, further supported by the transfer of construction projects from the company, provided they are deemed suitable.
After the completion of the seminar, the craftsmen who participated in the program will have the opportunity for permanent collaboration with VOUTSAS, gaining full access to the projects assigned to the company.
Program Objectives
1. Introduction and Basic Application Techniques
Presentation of the GraniTech material – properties and certifications, durability, innovation in elasticity and resistance. Introduction to surface preparation and equipment for GraniTech application. Practical training in basic techniques for applying the first layer and familiarization with the application and maintenance process of the material.
2. Advanced Techniques and Finishing
Introduction to finishing techniques and achieving uniformity on large surfaces. Application in wet areas and structural elements with increased humidity (e.g., bathrooms and swimming pools). Working on demanding surfaces and practicing techniques that ensure waterproofing and material durability in humid environments. Exercises for maintaining consistent thickness and durability in high-demand settings.
3. Color Techniques and Effect Creation
Presentation of the GraniTech color palette with over 50 shades in natural and vibrant tones. Techniques for color formulation to achieve personalized results, focusing on complexity and texture. Practical training in effects with mixed shades and the creation of unique design options on surfaces. Demonstration of advanced techniques that transform spaces, emphasizing the aesthetic and decorative potential of the material.
4. Applications in Outdoor Spaces and Hands-on Evaluation
Training on durability and application on outdoor surfaces, including protection from UV radiation and weather conditions. Hands-on application on large and demanding projects under supervision. Final evaluation of projects and feedback. Certification provided along with a professional kit containing samples and tools, recognition of professional competence, and project transfer from the company to suitable participants.
